Falamos de um Chef de cariz aventureiro. Do Chef que inaugurou o nosso espaço Workshops Pop Up com o primeiro showcooking. E do responsável pelo Sítio do Cartaxo, situado na Lagoa de Mira, um conceito inacreditável que alia a natureza ao sabor.
Neste showcooking vamos viajar por uma cozinha portuguesa com influências do mundo, saboreando cada prato como um fruto das viagens de Rui!
Este workshop é gratuito, presencial eestá limitado a 2 inscrições por pessoa. Sujeito a confirmação. Ainda assim, todos os showcookings serão transmitidos em live streaming nas páginas oficiais de Facebook e Instagram dos Mercados Municipais de Matosinhos.

Chef Renato Cunha's time is divided between the Ferrugem restaurant, higher education, workshops and activities linked to the land, such as the organic vegetable garden, local accommodation in a rural environment and the #ircomsedeaopote initiative.
With Ferrugem, his signature cuisine restaurant, he has already achieved a Golden Diploma, a Golden Fork and the distinction of Restaurant of the Year in 2024.
