Os workshops em vertente showcooking com degustação regressam ao Matosinhos Municipal Marketon day 17 de maio at 10:30 a.m., com a presença do Chef William Blake.
Desde cedo apaixonado pela cozinha, influenciado pelas avós, troca o sonho de ser arquiteto por uma formação na ESHTE. Inicia a carreira no restaurante Assinatura e passa por casas emblemáticas como Tavares Rico, Fortaleza do Guincho e Vila Joya. Foi chef residente em espaços como O Paparico e EPUR, e trabalhou também em hotéis. Atualmente, é consultor na OPORTO KITCHEN, onde desenvolve conceitos para restaurantes e hotéis, como o Mescla e o Matriarca da Symington Family Estates.
