Chef Grishma Bhikhabhai

Indian cuisine is rich in flavors and colors, based on ancient concepts of harmony and balance.

Each dish serves to awaken the senses, which is why Indian cuisine is very spicy, strong and intense, rich in spices. Curry, cardamom, saffron, cumin and cinnamon all fit into the wonderful dishes you'll learn about in this workshop.

Grishma Bhikhabhai has been teaching Indian cuisine at various cooking schools in Porto for more than 10 years and, more recently, has collaborated with the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in Porto.
