Chef Rita Magro invites you to explore traditional Portuguese dishes, reinterpreted with modern techniques and special attention to the details that make our cuisine so special. From the ingredients that link us to the past to the creativity that elevates them, each dish tells a story.
The experience will be paired with a selection of carefully chosen national wines with little intervention, which enhance the authenticity and complexity of the flavours, creating a perfect balance between food and drink.
At just 27, Rita won the award for "Jovem Chef" at the first Michelin Guide gala of 2024.
His career has already included renowned venues such as Vila Vita Parc Resort, Salpoente and Antiqvvm. Today, he is part of the Blind restaurant team, alongside Chef Vitor Matos.
