In this workshop, you’ll uncover all the secrets to making the famous pastel de nata with the help of chef Carolina Ribeiro, founder of the brand O Grão de Cacau.
After leaving engineering for pastry, Carolina trained in the field, worked in kitchens such as Eleven and Ladurée, and now dedicates herself to creating unique desserts and training new pastry chefs — with a special passion for pastéis de nata.
