Tudo fica mais fácil com a ajuda do Chef Nuno Castro que tem por hobby surpreender foodies e seduzir chefes de outros restaurantes com a sua capacidade de desconstruir as mais tradicionais iguarias portuguesas ou pratos internacionais famosos.

O Chef Nuno é responsável pelo restaurante Fava Tonka e Esquina do Avesso, paragens obrigatórias no panorama gastronómico português.
