With a degree in cooking from ESHTE, Chef William Blake has worked in iconic restaurants such as Tavares Rico and Vila Joya. He was resident chef at Paparico and EPUR. Today, he is a consultant at OPORTO KITCHEN, creating concepts for restaurants and hotels.
