It was at Cantina 32, in Porto, that he honed his talent, exploring the combination of colors, flavors and traditions.
With roots in traditional Portuguese cuisine, updated with influences from various international cultures, Chef Hugo brings all his expertise and creativity to this workshop. Currently resident in the Pop Up Workshops kitchen, he is dedicated to sharing his passion for genuine, tasty cuisine full of history.
