Após liderar um restaurante em Paris com uma estrela Michelin, mudou-se para Portugal, onde agora chefia a cozinha do Le Monumental Palace. Montbabut destaca-se por combinar produtos portugueses com técnicas francesas, criando pratos únicos e criativos.
Neste workshop, vamos aprender a criar pratos inovadores que celebram a riqueza culinária destes dois países.
