A lover of regional cuisine, Chef Paulo Menéres runs a restaurant and takeaway specializing in everyday meals. With a deep knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish cuisine, he explores its different regions and dedicates himself to studying the roots and diversity of local flavors.

One of the topics that fascinates him the most is “Rice” - an essential ingredient in cuisines all over the world, present in every culture with its own variations and interpretations.
