We've invited Chef Afonso Pacheco to lead us on this journey through Japanese flavors.
Afonso's journey began alongside Chef Paulo Morais, one of the first chefs to dedicate himself to sushi in Portugal. Passing through Rabo de Pêxe, Unisushi, Himitsu Sushi Bar, Tamawashi and even Kanazawa, awarded a Michelin star. Today he is dedicated to sharing knowledge through dynamic workshops filled with wisdom.
